ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order (orders are processed Tuesday though Saturday). Expect an email within 2 days to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up Tuesday through Friday, from 12pm to 6pm and Saturday from 12pm to 5pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders over $100 ship free within the Continental USA.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. Tarot and Oracle decks must be unpoen (plastic wrap still on the box), we can not accept returns for open Tarot and Oracle decks. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at rock.garden.gems@.gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and the shipping box condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
